Hands-on Sexual Education in Copenhagen
It is not enough to study theory to learn how to drive a car, and the same goes for sex, of course. That is why we work with a bodily approach, where we teach you while you have a so-called practice partner on the massage table. With instruction from Carsten or Maria, you can learn about foreplay, touch, intimate massage, stimulation, use of sex toys, and how to avoid the most common mistakes.
During the lesson, the practice partner gives you feedback and guides you both verbally and by guiding your hands. It all takes place in an informal and relaxed atmosphere, where you can ask all types of questions and thereby increase your ability to communicate clearly and distinctly while you explore intimacy. We provide practical sexual guidance for both singles and couples, and couples can also choose to be each other's practice partners.

Are you undressed during the lesson?
You decide how much clothing you want to wear. If you are learning to give massage or stimulation, there is usually no need to take off your clothes. If you want to be naked, that is of course perfectly fine.
Do you have sex during classes?
As a client, you can stimulate, massage and do exercises with your practice partner, but you and your practice partner do not have sex. If you participate as a couple, you are of course welcome to have sex with each other. In that case, you can also receive instruction and input to expand your sexual repertoire.
How does the lesson start?
We start by meeting in a small cozy living room, where we have a conversation to uncover the client's needs and desires, and to get to know each other. When the client is ready, we go into our massage room, where we begin the lesson.
How do you prepare for a session?
We expect our clients to come with an open mind and a desire to learn something new. As parts of the teaching involve physical contact, you must take a shower before a session. What if my partner or I get jealous?
When we have couples for teaching, we are very aware that both parties must be safe and feel included in the process. In addition, we also talk to couples about their boundaries in relation to jealousy - both before we start and while we are teaching.
Can you ejaculate or have an orgasm during the lesson?
Many of our clients ejaculate or orgasm when they receive erotic massage, but when we give them practical sexual guidance, it's about learning how to stimulate a partner - not about receiving stimulation yourself.
Can I say stop or change boundaries along the way?
Yes. You can adjust your boundaries, wishes or pace at any time during a session with us. The lessons are always on your terms, and safety is the most important element in a session.
