With our unique approach to sexual guidance, both singles and couples can develop their ability to vary touch, pace, and intensity while learning to stay calm and find the right timing in an erotic encounter. Drawing on many years of experience as body-oriented sexologists, we help you become a more attentive, confident, and creative lover who can create a safe and intensely erotic space.

PRACTICAL SEXUAL GUIDANCE
Hands-on or demonstration
Our sexual guidance can take place through conversation and demonstration or as hands-on training. If you choose the hands-on approach, you practise touch and intimate stimulation on a practice partner who lies naked on the massage table. The instructor demonstrates and explains, while the practice partner provides feedback and can guide you with their hands and words. We agree on the exact framework and boundaries before the session begins.
If you prefer to learn through demonstration, we provide the instruction without you touching the practice partner.
CHOICE OF PRACTICE PARTNER
If you would like to learn how to give pleasure to a woman, Maria will be your practice partner and Carsten your instructor. If you would like to learn how to give pleasure to a man, Carsten will be your practice partner and Maria your instructor. If you attend as a couple, you can either practise with us or work with each other.

⭐ FAQ FOR HANDS-ON SEXUAL EDUCATION
Are you undressed during the lesson?
You decide how much clothing you want to wear. If you are learning to give massage or stimulation, there is usually no need to take off your clothes. If you want to be naked, that is of course perfectly fine.
Do you have sex during classes?
As a client, you can stimulate, massage and do exercises with your practice partner, but you and your practice partner do not have sex. If you participate as a couple, you are of course welcome to have sex with each other. In that case, you can also receive instruction and input to expand your sexual repertoire.
How does the lesson start?
We start by meeting in a small cozy living room, where we have a conversation to uncover the client's needs and desires, and to get to know each other. When the client is ready, we go into our massage room, where we begin the lesson.
How do you prepare for a session?
We expect our clients to come with an open mind and a desire to learn something new. As parts of the teaching involve physical contact, you must take a shower before a session. If you wish to prepare further, you can read some of our texts on the website to better understand our approach to sexual development and learning.
What if my partner or I get jealous?
When we have couples for teaching, we are very aware that both parties must be safe and feel included in the process. In addition, we also talk to couples about their boundaries in relation to jealousy - both before we start and while we are teaching.
Can you ejaculate or have an orgasm during the lesson?
Many of our clients ejaculate or orgasm when they receive erotic massage, but when we give them practical sexual guidance, it's about learning how to stimulate a partner - not about receiving stimulation yourself.
Can I say stop or change boundaries along the way?
Yes. You can adjust your boundaries, wishes or pace at any time during a session with us. The lessons are always on your terms, and safety is the most important element in a session.
