Squirting orgasms: Facts, myths, and advice for men.

FEEL FREE TO FEEL PLEASURE

SQUIRT ORGASM LIKE A FEATHER IN THE HAT

As a man who wants to give your partner a squirting orgasm, you are not alone – many people contact us at the clinic with exactly that question. Studies show that over 50% of women have simulated an orgasm at some point. A squirting orgasm is something she cannot simulate and thus that form of orgasm is the ultimate proof that a woman finds strong pleasure. Getting a woman to squirt is therefore something that many men experience as a boost to their masculinity and thus a feather in their cap.

THE MYTHS

Unfortunately, there are quite a few myths surrounding squirting orgasms. There are many who market themselves as experts in the field and say they can make all women squirt. We have seen many of them perform their techniques, with mixed results. Most studies show that between 20 and 40% of women can squirt. Some women's bodies are simply not made for it. It is all about anatomy, relaxation, trust and individual sensitivity. Beyond that, there is no one technique that works for everyone. Maria can squirt if she is very turned on, if she feels completely safe and if we use a strong vibrator at the same time. The classic "two-finger technique" on the G-spot (the inside of the vaginal wall) works for some, but not for everyone and not for Maria either. If you use that technique on her, she will feel pain and discomfort.

WHAT IS A SPRAY ORGASM?

A squirting orgasm is a female ejaculation that occurs when a woman releases fluid from her urethra during sexual stimulation, often in conjunction with an orgasm. The fluid comes primarily from the Skene's glands (the female "prostate") and can feel like a forceful release. It is not the same as vaginal lubrication, nor is it urine – although it may contain traces of urine. While some women find it intense and liberating, not all women experience a squirting orgasm as the most powerful form of orgasm.

OUR GUIDE TO SQUIRT ORGASM

If you are with a woman who wants to squirt, you need to be able to turn her on, make her completely relax, and be able to create a sexual space in which she does not feel subject to expectations. Make sure she is lying on a surface that can withstand water. We often use a heavy towel, but if the woman squirts very vigorously, it is not always enough.

The classic technique: Stimulate the G-spot: Try with fingers (curve them towards the stomach, 3–5 cm inside) or a vibrator aimed at the front vaginal wall. You can find many videos online that show the technique in detail. Combine with clitoral stimulation for better effect. But if that doesn't work, change the focus and if she's open to it, you can try a strong vibrator. Pay attention to signals: Listen to her body and if she feels like she's about to pee, it's a positive sign. If she feels like she has to pee, you can help by encouraging her to relax and enjoy while she lets go of control. Be aware that some people find it easier to squirt if they have a full bladder and for others it's better with an empty one. If she doesn't squirt, don't see it as a defeat. This is a game that's about exploring pleasure and the best kind of sex is when there's not a very clearly defined goal.
