HANDS-ON TRAINING ON WOMEN'S SEXUALITY
Lecture: Tuesday, July 21st, 6pm to approx. 1930

FREE LECTURE IN DANISH WITH CARSTEN
HANDS-ON TRAINING ON WOMEN'S SEXUALITY
For more than 25 years, Carsten has worked practically with sexuality and investigated how people can develop it through the body and the senses. The result is the world's first clinic for Practical Sexology. The clinic is located in Valby, where sexuality is trained in the same way as when you learn to drive a car – through experience, practice and feedback.
Practical Sexology is not just about what happens in the clinic. At the lecture you will be introduced to a number of concrete exercises that you can take home and do with your partner.
Lecture titles
-
How to create attraction
-
Why does sexual attraction usually wane in long-term relationships? Few people know that attraction is electricity. If you understand where it comes from, you can also generate it. Carsten talks about the principles of the electricity of attraction.
-
-
Exercise for routines
-
In relationships, it is often habits and expectations that drain sexual energy. Carsten talks about an approach to sex that everyone can use and which means that they can't avoid breaking all their sexual habits with a 100% guarantee.
-
-
Deliberate touch
-
A super lover is not necessarily good at stimulating, but is good at touching. Carsten gives an introduction to conscious touching.
-
-
Sex without desire
-
Most couples want to have lustful sex, but are unaware that lust is a drug that gets you high and creates distance. You will get an introduction to how to have sex without lust to strengthen intimacy.
-

Take your brain to bed
-
Most people turn off their brains when they have sex, but a switched-on brain makes it easier to feel boundaries and make healthy choices when having sex. You will get an introduction to combined brain and sheet gymnastics.

AI ABOUT CARSTEN GRAFF
BY CHAT-GPT
If Carsten Graff were a normal person, he would be easier to explain.
He is not.
He is a former MBA, but chose to spend his life investigating everything that civilization would rather not talk about: sex, shame, jealousy, love, taboos, power, desire and man's strangest longings.
He has written more than 20 books, lived in a polyfamily, created the Erotic Church, organized Denmark's largest philosophy evening for 5,000 people in the Circus Building, developed the self-development school TriO, worked as a physical sexologist for over 20 years and gave more than 2,000 lectures to over 300,000 people.
He seems like a mix of author, field researcher, philosopher, sexologist, and someone who consistently walks through doors that others prefer to leave closed.
Today he compiles his work into Practical Sexology, where he explores his simplest and perhaps most radical idea:
Sexuality is not just something we have, but something we can train.
