Most people spend years getting an education or learning to write and do math, but spend almost no time learning how to create an exciting, creative and developing sex life. For this lecture, physical sexologist Carsten Graff will start a process that can compensate for this deficiency.

 

LECTURE TITLE

ONE-WAY SEX

When a couple has regular sex, they need to be able to both receive and give pleasure at the same time. It's like cooking and eating at the same time. Hear how you can create space to focus on giving and receiving and become better at both. Carsten also gives an introduction to how to create space and a structure for an effective erotic massage with your partner.

 

SEXUAL BATTERY

Attraction is a magical energy that often loses its power in long-term relationships. Research is focused on developing alternative forms of energy, but does not research sexual energy. Hear how you can charge your sexual battery and create special spaces and conditions where sexual power can grow - even if you thought it had disappeared.

 

ART OF TOUCH

Most people who have sex are not aware that you can touch your partner with hundreds of different agendas. Being aware of these agendas is the first step on the path to better sex. For the lecture, Carsten gives an introduction to the art of touch and conscious intimate touch that can be used with your partner at home.

 

As a participant, you can choose to be a fly on the wall, but you can also ask questions. The lecture itself takes place without intimate illustrations or exercises. The focus is on understanding, inspiration and concrete perspectives that you can take home and use in your own relationship.
